I hired A&G roofing to do roofing job for me a few months ago. They did a pretty good job, except that they missed an important roof component that is specifically mentioned in the contract. Once I noticed this piece was missing I politely called the owner, Anthony Santos and asked him about it and if he could come and install the missing piece when he got a chance. Mr. Santos immediately became irritated, belligerent, called me names, swore at me and rudely hung up on me. So much for great customer service. I've already filed a complaint with the BBB, Department of Consumer Protection as well as filing a suit in small claims to recover damages. He also employs illegal Mexicans.

Pros: Cheap - $$

Cons: Poor customer service and workmanship
